In June 2017, workers at Wendt Corporation, a plant based in Buffalo (New York) fought for respect and dignity, successfully

forming a union. The workers voted to join the Ironworkers Union (Local 576). However, Wendt continues to mistreat workers by dragging their feet in failing to negotiate in good faith with the union for the first collective bargaining agreement. In response to the workers' struggle, the company has launched an anti-union campaign by harassing union members and threatening to lay-off workers.
