Five resolutions on actions to defend workers’ rights were adopted by Congress. These concerned doing more to help workers' organisation in countries where trade unions are illegal; commitment to internationalism and political action; solidarity actions for refugees and migrant workers; Global Political action, and an organising and campaign fund for Latin America
