It's time to put an end to the silence of crane operators. We joined the Histadrut in order to protect our lives and livelihood. It's inconceivable and inhumane that we're fired because we want to keep the law. The contractors and foremen are laughing in our faces when we demand our rights. Just in January, 8 people were killed and 19 were seriously injured. The construction sites continue to work normally.
How insignificant is our life in the eyes of the entrepreneurs and contractors. If we want to show seriousness and real strength, here we have a first opportunity to meet in order to improve life, the conditions, the wages and the safety.
I didn't know that my case would create such an uproar, and if one case made so much noise, imagine what will happen when you too start talking. I call on you to gather together as one force. No matter where you are from or where you belong.
Dear friends, brothers and sisters of the profession, I call on you to come to a demonstration of crane operators that will be held on 26.3 at Rabin Square in Tel Aviv at 20:00.
Dear crane operators, pass this video on so that anyone who doesn't have a WhatsApp group or Facebook group will be informed in order to come and fight for our lives and so that we will return home safely.
