The National Council for Occupational Safety and Health (National COSH) based in the United States announced its list of this year’s “dirty dozen” employers, highlighting companies that put workers and communities at risk due to unsafe practices.
Among those identified is Skanska USA, where five workers have died on the job since 2016. Skanska is a Swedish multinational construction and development company. It is reportedly the fifth largest construction company in the world.
BWI joins the National COSH and different trade unions in remembering workers who died on the job. The BWI adds its voice in the fight to make sure every workers comes home safe at the end of her/his shift.
