Video: BWI Africa joins 16 Days campaign, calls for a gender-equal world

 
 
As part of BWI's 16 Days of Trade Unionism vs. Violence against Women, here is a short video from our affiliates in Africa showcasing their diverse initiatives in campaigning for gender equality and the ratification of ILO Convention 190.

Tomorrow, 10 December, coinciding with the International Human Rights Day, BWI will conclude its 16-day campaign with a global webinar on the need to build a gender-equal world. BWI trade unions worldwide will present their respective campaign and policy efforts and strengthen strategies to push more countries to ratify ILO Convention 190.
