Unionen's 5th Congress, held from October 9th to 13th in Karlstad, Sweden, addressed a variety of critical concerns and provided a strong statement on a variety of issues. This was after Kawka, , Chairperson of the NSZZ "Solidarność,” was unjustly dismissed by the company on 28 November 2022 based on false charges.
