Präsidium
Der Präsident und die fünf stellvertretenden Präsidenten werden vom Weltkongress gewählt. Die Stellvertretenden Präsidenten unterstützen den Präsidenten bei der Wahrnehmung seiner Aufgaben. Der Generalsekretär ist für die Verwaltung und Leitung der Organisation verantwortlich.
